January 2009

The best memories I have from college are at 126 Chapin Street. We made sitting on the porch while drinking champagne and smoking a lifestyle category, where Long Islanders walking by were accosted by our obscenities and secret, dirty desires and we adopted a dashing cat named Jack.

Most importantly, I fell in love with my life partner and dearest friend Emilee. If I were a 90 year old celebrity suffering from prostate cancer and penning an autobiography, Emilee would be Chapters 9-14. (May also 20 through 22 if she were to grow some balls and move to BKLYN.)

This is my effort and my attempt to lure her down to my new neighborhood and set up shop.

Because "The Ranch" was more than just a bubble gum carpeted, creaky, WTsky domain of grime and gore. It was the bowels of a group of friends who cursed a lot, wanted to love a lot, and who drank and passed out all the time.

Krista is in the city for the weekend before she heads back to LA and we had dinner and then some coffee before calling it a night. Justine had something to say to you.
